 CHRISTIAN HOMESCHOOL
My husband and I plan to homeschool our children. We believe that if we have the option to remove our children from the public school system then we have a moral and social obligation to do so.
This page is also here to expose the need for Christian parents to remove their children from public schools.
Whoever Controls the Schools Rules the World, Dr. Voddie T. Bachman, Jr. ~ MP3 ($1.99)
A Note of Importance:
I completely understand that there are situations in which a
wife/mother cannot be a Stay-At-Home mother or homeschool her
children. One situation might be that she is a single mother and must
be the financial provider. This is an unfortunate situation and I
place blame on the Church for not coming to the aid of these single
women. Another situation may be that a woman's husband disapproves of
her being a Stay-At-Home mother and/or homeschooling. In these cases I
encourage these women to first pray for wisdom and patience. I also
encourage them to submit to their husbands without harboring resentment
or bitterness. These women should appeal to their husbands of their
desire to be at home and/or homeschool. If the husband still refuses
to allow this, then I encourage these women to pray and trust the
Lord.

I wrote this article for my Eng Comp I class. I received a 100% and my instructor told me that my paper was phenomenal!
Homeschooling
“It seems that mere mention of homeschool, or our conviction
to homeschool, is offensive to those Christian parents who choose not to
homeschool. We have heard just about
every excuse in the book why these Christian parents choose not to homeschool. They all seem to begin with the issues of “socialization”
to the “salt and light” issue.”
Rest For Weary Homeschool Moms "Occasional weary days are a normal part of the life of a homeschooling mom, but when days become
weeks or months, and the siege never seems to end, something is wrong. How do we regain the joy? How do we move from a sense of defeat to one of success and victory? How do we calm the nagging doubt that perhaps we cant do this after all, that maybe we are ruining our children just like the naysayers warned us?" SBC Education Resolution ~ 22 May 2007"I believe our current government education harms children academically,
socially, morally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe Christian
parents are obligated to do whatever they can to see to it that their
children receive a Christian education. I do not believe this is a
neutral, “whatever-you-feel-led-to-do” issue. As I have stated elsewhere, the Bible is not silent on the education issue"
